Summer Worship Schedule

Sumer Worship ScheduleBeginning on Thursday, May 23rd at 6:30 p.m. and continuing throughout the summer there will be a Thursday evening worship at 6:30 p.m. and NO Saturday evening worship. This trial change is based on Faith Family feedback from the Worship Survey.

General Registration (Includes Grades PK-8)

You may pre-register now for the 2015-16 school year by paying $50.00 to reserve your child’s enrollment for next school year. This year there will be two registration opportunities the week of Thursday May 7, from 7:30 AM-8:00 PM and Saturday, May 16, from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

The Faith School Board has approved the use of the F.A.C.T.S. Tuition Management Program.  F.A.C.T.S. is a third party tuition management company that will manage tuition assistance applications, billing and collection of all tuition and fees (e.g., Before/After School Care). The program is online and allows for multiple payment options (EFT or Credit Card).   All families not paying in full at the time of registration must use the FACTS system (our collection agency). If you aren’t already registered with FACTS you must register on-line so that we can activate your account for registration.   The link to Faith’s FACTS enrollment and tuition assistance can be found online at the School website at online.factsmgt.com/signin/3CX09. 

Full Day Preschool

We offer all day preschool from 8 AM to 3 PM.  The half-day preschool morning sessions run from 8 AM to 11:15 AM.  We are offering preschool five days a week.  You have your choice of sessions: Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday through Friday, or Monday through Friday.  You have your choice of time: Half Day or Full Day. 

Preschool parents may reserve your child’s enrollment for the next school year by pre-registering with a $50.00 payment.  All pre-school families are expected to attend one of the two registration periods, May 7 or May 16.  When a session is full, children will be put on a waiting list.  Question: Can the children change sessions or move from half day to full day once school begins?  Answer: Yes, they may if there is room in the session into which they would like to move.  The limit for each session is 20 students. After a session is filled, you will be put on a waiting list.  The number of applicants determines when we would go to two AM sessions.

2015-2016 Tuition Schedule (First number in parentheses is tuition divided by 12 monthly payments/the second by 9 months.)  Congregational Subsidy will be $2,050/child.

Mon.-Tues. mornings: $1,300 ($110/$145)    Wed-Fri. mornings:  $1,700 ($145/$190)      Mon.-Fri. mornings: $2,550 ($215/$285)

Mon.-Tues. full day: $2,500 ($210/$280)      Wed.-Fri. full day:  $3,500 ($295//$390)       Mon.-Fri. full day:  $5,200 ($435/$580)

Member children: $3,350 ($280/375)             Nonmember children:  $5,200 ($435/$580)

Second Child: $3,000 ($250/$335)

Third or More: $2,700 ($225/300)

 

Registration for all returning students is Thursday May 7 & Saturday May 16.  At this time you will be billed with the first payment due July 5.

·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  There is a $50 registration fee per family.  This is in addition to the tuition rates listed above.

·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Payment in full on or before registration day results in a $100 discount per family for all day programs.

·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Twelve equal monthly payments begin on July 5.  You may pay sooner if you desire.  Incidentals are paid at registration on May 7 & May 16 including past due incidental balances.

·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Failure to register on May 7 or May 16 will result in a $300 late registration fee.  Our entire budgeting process and planning depends on commitments from everyone including our school families.
